It All Ends With the Civil Society
After the assassination of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University (UVU), something I’d looked into before resurfaced. The “Civil Society” and “democracy” as it’s called, popped back up due to several X threads- Data Republican and SKDoubledub33, and Jessica Woods addressing NGOs and other groups. I thought it would be a good article to write so below is some information on the “Civil Society.”
WHAT IS A CIVIL SOCIETY
It’s often considered the “third sector” of society. The other two being government and business. Just a quick note here: I highly suggest you look into the “third way” that Blair, Bush, Clinton and Leavitt seem fond of.
Civil society: “Civil Society denotes the sphere of action that lies between the state and society that is made up civic groups, civil society organizations, and non-governmental organizations. These all work to represent and promote certain special interests or raise public awareness of civic duties and political rights. Civil society provides ways for people to help society through volunteerism.”
For further clarification on CSO vs NGO
“The terms NGO (non-governmental organization) and CSO (civil society organization) are very often used interchangeably when describing civil society activity. Technically, NGOs are a subset of the more general CSOs. NGOs are typically issue-driven non-profit organizations that provide services at the domestic or international level, like Amnesty International. CSOs, however, include organizations like local civic groups or churches that do not meet the legal definition of an NGO.” Source
That all sounds fairly benign, doesn’t it? Sadly, it is not.
These CSOs/NGOs have and are currently fundamentally changing our form of government to one of direct democracy and stakeholder capitalism that will eventually lead to authoritarian feudalism. Lots of ism’s I know.
EXAMPLE IN UTAH
An article shared on Liberty Sentinel, set out the timeline for a CSO registered under the United Nations NGO branch by the name of Utah Global Diplomacy (UGD). This UN NGO (I’ll call them all NGOs for this article) is, or was, until September 10th 2025 at least, tied to the State Department. They have promoted international connection and cooperation. They have promoted exchange programs and immigration. They have been tied into the “global diplomacy” agenda.
United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) appears to be one the largest promoters of this multilateral diplomacy, along with the United States “Global Ties” that is also linked to the state department. The Utah Global Diplomacy NGO is also linked to Global Ties, although Global Ties tried to wipe the connection from their website after what Data Republican exposed on X.
Below, is a screenshot that I feel really summarizes a great concern with these CSO/NGOs:
If you read the above-mentioned article on the timeline for the UGD UN NGO, then you know it started at BYU and the Kennedy Center was its home for quite a while. UVU in Utah is known as the United Nation’s school; and rightfully so, because they, along with UGD have signed agreements with the UN. You can see the screenshots below:

Just as an additional piece of information, both BYU and UVU, along with the U, have people at the top that either were on, are on, or are permanent members of the Council of Foreign Relations, including the current president of UVU Astrid Tuminez.
I bring this up because it is openly being admitted that the Olympic games Utah is hosting (because they were the only ONE — in my opinion — stupid enough to keep their name in the running, all others backed out), is going to push:
Yes, digital id will be a part of the above. I think it’s really important to mention a blog written by a local Utah group for reference that highlights some big issues that have happened at, or because of, the 2002 games. Below are screenshots:

As you can see, this pushed Utah into a surveillance gathering hub — unbeknownst to the public living in the state. It was without consent. As many of you know, Utah then ended up with one of the largest, if not the largest, NSA data center.
PEACE AND JUSTICE AND DISAGREE BETTER
What is the sustainable development goal (SDG) number 16? “Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.” What might that be? A substack that I found helpful to explain a bit on this and peacekeepers/officers is here. To help you all in the general sense see below:
Sounds great, right? Everyone wants a nice peaceful and just world. Quick question though:
How do you have America, and let’s say India, China, or even the UK, all agree to the same laws and versions of peace? All these countries have very different laws on the books, and some have wildly different cultures. What about the Middle East and their views on women? What about America and the 2ND Amendment, not to mention the 1st? Who decides what the global definition of “peace and justice” is? The UN thinks it does. Currently, they’re not totally wrong. Countries have lined up to hand over their sovereignty to a global voice. We need to look no further than 2020 to know just how this works.
Enter “Disagree Better” and “Dignity Index” and “Social Capital Index” and “Building Bridges” and the list goes on. In order to get the PEOPLE to demand censorship and universal enforcement they spotlight loud but small activists’ groups and NGOs. This moves the silent majority to either agree to judgement and accountability of arbitrary social behaviors or to self-censor.
All of these false flags and the very public assassination of Charlie Kirk at UVU in Utah, are to move the population into demanding free speech censorship with a carrot and not the stick. They want the public to enforce silencing of differing opinions. They push division and then swoop in with the “solution” which is always removal of our freedoms.
Just look at what’s happening with the conservative movement. They have them fighting over a foreign country while their very own country is collapsing and dying. They throw bread and circus at the public to distract them while they push through constitutional violations left and right like Real ID, Patriot Act, and much more.
If you are religious, then I would ask you:
Does God believe in free will or forced behavior modification?
If you are not religious, I ask:
What is freedom? Is it your ability to choose what you put in your own body? Is it your ability to decide what you want to read and hear and see?
The Civil Society relies on a controlled global population. It relies on YOU censoring your neighbors and shaming them into silence. If all that fails, they rely on you looking the other way while the “peace” keepers/officers/people come in and force them into compliance. That can look a variety of ways. It can be like China, or it can be like Russia, or it can be like Nazi Germany. It can be even less directly threatening and just a simple debanking, or a gradual loss of access to basic necessities or even fun things like events.
Who decides what people can and cannot say? Who decides what your speech can be ranked at? Who decides if you are productive enough to the global community? Who decides what the “common good” is?

I think it’s critically important that Americans, and Utahns especially, pay attention and start requiring their freedom and data privacy be protected and respected. You also need to stop sending your kids to these universities. They are importing activists via several NGOs and universities. If you don’t speak up right now, I have a feeling you won’t be able to in the near future. It’s important you understand the final turn of they key will come via “peace and justice” in order to form a perfect UTOPIA – the Civil Society. The way they plan to ensure you comply and fall into the behavior modification is going to be the technocracy/ surveillance you see being being installed. Utah, it is my belief that you are going to be the “example” of a transhumanist civil society on display in 2034. You need to speak up in defense of freedom, free will, and humanity.
