A Case for America takes the position that America is a blessed land due to the framework created by the U.S. Constitution and individual morality. The hosts explore various legal issues in detail and discuss how liberty is a balance that requires individual morality in order to be maintained, while providing actions that individuals can do to help maintain important rights. Ultimately, we believe that America can remain a great country if we take the time to understand the issues from a non-partisan perspective and to do our part to maintain our liberties.
